Overview
Boka Place was approved for the Montenegrin Citizenship for Investments program in June 2020. The project portfolio includes 144 apartments, from which you can choose one or more objects worth from €450,000. If the price of the selected apartments is below the set bar for registration of citizenship, you can add furniture or a parking space to the package. It is also important to note that the investor receives 50% of the profit of the rental pool (the profit is divided equally between the investor and the management company after deducting 15% for the maintenance of real estate).
