Real estate in Montenegro is an unobvious but promising choice for an investor who wants to buy a home on the Mediterranean. And at the end of 2024, it became known that Montenegro received a tranche from the EU in the amount of 600 million euros for the construction of the second section of the Mateševo-Andrijevica motorway, which should be completed by 2027.
